I’m Vít, a developer and co-founder of onlinetovarna. My business partner Antonín and I have been building projects together since 2017. I build websites, online shops and internal tools, and connect the services behind them. From the first idea through to code and deployment.
Looking for a team that could use a technical partner for part of the week.

I take ownership of the technical work. My business partner and I work through the brief and test together. I also use AI agents during development; I handle the design, review and integration. Each project explains exactly what I was responsible for.

I like figuring out why something isn’t working, then finding a better way. The best part is turning an idea into something that makes someone’s day easier.
Curiosity. No off switch yet. Before I write code, I want to understand who will use it and what it needs to make easier. Working in manufacturing taught me to look at how work actually happens first. Sometimes the best fix is removing a step.
Not every problem needs another button.I’m interested in how people think and make decisions. That draws me towards psychology, economics and complex systems. I like finding connections between disciplines and learning something new.
If I don’t understand something, I want to find out how it works.I want to keep getting better at what I do and learn from the people around me. Right now, I’m particularly interested in building AI into applications. I’m exploring that in my own system for managing work and sharing team knowledge.
Another open tab. This one’s useful.I set up our own server with Coolify to host our projects and manage deployments. I’m interested in the whole life of an application, including where it runs and what happens after launch.
In Team Manager, I connect task management with AI-generated context and a shared team knowledge base. In Article & Trend Analysis, I’m connecting topic discovery with an editorial AI agent and WordPress publishing.
Finding where an agent helps, and where a person should make the call.
I have a master’s degree in Cognitive Informatics from Prague University of Economics and Business. I also completed a minor in Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma at its Faculty of Business Administration, earning my Green Belt certification.
This included a six-month placement at Latécoère, where I carried out a SMED analysis of a CNC operator’s workflow.
I finished second at the 2024 Czech Flesh and Blood National Championship and qualified for Pro Tour Lille in 2022 and the World Championship in Osaka in 2024. I play less these days, but it taught me a lot about preparation and making decisions under pressure.

We’ll agree the scope. I’ll get building.
I’m looking for an ongoing role where I can take ownership of a specific area. Alongside my own projects, I’d like to build with other people and learn from the team.
A website, a small application or an integration. I’m happy to take on a focused project, from working out the idea through to code and deployment.
For a website quote, start with our project questionnaire. For anything else, let’s talk.

A developer who understands the business behind the code. Since 2017, I’ve built websites, online shops, internal tools and integrations. I’ve also run my own shops, so I understand how technical decisions affect the business. I’m happy to own a specific area and see it through to operation.
From the brief and design to frontend, backend, database, deployment and operation on our own server.

Donors select map squares, upload a logo and get a QR payment code with a unique reference. Administrators verify payments manually.
Instead of entering numbers manually, staff see tasks and priorities and report discrepancies. The app connects to the WMS through an API.
A layer around Hermes Agent: tasks, priorities and decision history. AI prepares context and an approach; a person decides.
One form submission sends the buyer project documents and a PDF floor-plan catalogue, and saves the lead to the sales team’s Google Sheets.
A Shopify cosmetics and fragrance shop with a custom API service exporting variants, prices, availability and EANs to XML.
A reward wheel interface, contacts stored with their prizes, and result administration.
